Monitoring and Evaluation

Course Introduction:

This course sets out to teach attendees how to effectively monitor and evaluate team members against performance standards as well as develop, implement and evaluate an operational plan.

This program is intended for managers in all economic sectors.

These managers would typically be second level managers, who may have more than one team reporting to them. such as;
